Academic Training

We contribute to academic training through regular teaching assignments given to ASAP professors and researchers. Courses are offered annually in both the first and second semesters to students in Undergraduate and Graduate Engineering and Economics & management courses at participating universities. Over time, course offerings have expanded to include disciplines such as Service Design and management, Servitization of Manufacturing, Product-Service Systems, Smart Services, and Service Innovation

In such courses, managers from ASAP member companies are often called upon to provide testimony on best practices, issues, projects, and opportunities for placement, employment, and professionalization within servitization initiatives and for professional figures in customer service & support departments.

The Project

A source of pride for ASAP is the activation, in the 2021-22 academic year of a first-level university master’s degree program at the University of Eastern Piedmont, one of the founding universities.

This project, which involves many ASAP professors and researchers, is called Master’s Degree in Servitization in the Automotive Sector and is aimed at managers of companies operating in supply chains in the automotive and industrial vehicle sector, dealer networks, and the service network of these supply chains.
